Roles
Who can do what
Owner and Admin
Connect models, invite the team, set up payments and handle chargebacks. Admins see every model.

Start and end shifts, send payment links, and take or release a chat.
Everyone on a model
The model’s chats and folders, the Waiting tab and up to 8 panes on desktop.
Tips
Before your first shift
Start with one model and two chatters. Add more from Settings → Models and Settings → Team.
Give chatters Specific models when you invite them.
Before chatters sell, connect a payment source in Settings → Payment sources and add each chatter’s Dropp link. Until then, Sell shows No payment link yet.
If a chatter forgets Start shift, their first message or payment link starts it.
FAQ
Questions agencies ask
Do chatters get the model’s Telegram login?
No. An owner or admin connects the account once, and chatters never see the phone, code or password.
Who gets credited for a sale?
The chatter who sent the Dropp link. The Sales report shows them under Credited to.
Is the Paid folder limited to 100 chats like Telegram folders?
No. It’s a FanEmpire folder, so Telegram’s limit of 100 chats (200 with Premium) doesn’t apply.
Can a model’s account get limited?
It can. Telegram’s anti-spam limits apply, so Mass DM stops at 80 fans per send and 150 per account a day.
