This guide is for the agency owner or an admin doing the first setup: you sign in, create your agency, add a model and connect her Telegram account. Once it’s connected, the account stays signed in on FanEmpire’s servers. The person connecting types the login code and the two-step password into the dialog, so your chatters never need either of them and just work from the CRM.
Step by step
From first sign-in to a connected model
Five parts, following the film’s chapters. Each one jumps to its moment in the film. You go through the first four once: you sign in, and a setup wizard walks you through the rest. The last one is how you add each model after that.

Access
Who can do this
Owner or Admin
Whoever creates the agency becomes its Owner. By default, creating a model and connecting Telegram come with the Owner and Admin roles, and the Chatter role can’t open the login dialog. You can give these permissions to a custom role.
Teammates join by invite
People you invite don’t go through this setup. They join from their own invite link. For roles and access per model, see Invite your team and set access.
Tips
Good to know
Telegram decides how the code is delivered, so connect with the model or her phone nearby.
After you connect, Telegram shows the model a new device. Don’t end that session in Telegram → Settings → Devices, or you’ll need to connect Telegram again.
If you see “Account setup could not be completed” after the last step, click Retry setup.
The FanEmpire sign-in code and link work for 10 minutes, and the code allows 3 tries. Ask for too many emails and you’ll see “Too many login emails. Wait a few minutes and try again.”
If a model’s Telegram status reads Needs login, open the model in Settings → Models and click Connect Telegram to sign in again. Your notes stay when you swap a login.
Connecting OnlyFans is off by default and gets switched on per agency. While it’s off, setup shows only Connect Telegram.
These steps follow the desktop layout. On a phone, Settings opens as a list and the login dialog fills the screen.
FAQ
Questions owners ask
Do my chatters need the Telegram login code or password?
No. The code goes to the model’s Telegram app or phone, and the person connecting types it and the two-step password into the dialog. By default only Owners and Admins can connect a Telegram account. Chatters work with the chats inside the CRM.
Who can connect a Telegram account?
By default, the Owner and Admins. Connecting Telegram is a permission that comes with the Owner and Admin roles but not with the Chatter role, and you can give it to a custom role.
Do I need to create a model before connecting Telegram?
Yes. Each Telegram account belongs to a model (the creator), so you create the model first and then connect her Telegram, either during setup or from the model’s page in Settings → Models.
The login code never arrived. What now?
Wait for the timer, then use the resend button. Telegram decides whether the new code comes to its app, by SMS or as a call.
