Your chatters never need the model’s phone or Telegram login. You invite each person by email and choose their role and the models they work on. They sign in with a code we email them, and they see only the accounts you gave them.

Tips
Good to know
Add your models before you invite. The model picker only lists models that already exist. Add a model and connect Telegram shows how to add one.
Use Specific models for new chatters. Start them on one or two models and add more from Telegram access later.
Offboarding is one menu item. Use ⋯ → Remove from workspace… on their row. There’s no phone or password to get back.
Chatters can claim chats too. A chatter can right-click a free chat and choose Assign to me, or Unassign their own. Only Owners and Admins can assign chats to other people.
Keep your own list clean. In Filter chats, turn on Assigned to me to see only your chats, or Hide others’ chats to hide chats assigned to teammates.
Teammates can still help on an assigned chat. They open it after confirming the warning. Nothing is marked read for the fan until they press Open anyway.
FAQ
Questions owners ask
Do my chatters need the model’s phone number, code or 2FA password?
No. The model’s Telegram account is connected once from Settings → Models. Chatters sign in to FanEmpire with their own email code and only ever see the CRM.
What’s the difference between Admin and Chatter?
Admins manage the team, the workspace and every model. Chatters work the chats on the models you give them, plus fan profiles, campaigns and their own shift. Roles and permissions → Compare roles shows the full list.
Can I hide a single chat from a chatter?
Access is set per model account, so a chatter sees all chats on the accounts you give them. What you can do for one chat is assign it to a single chatter, and everyone else then gets a warning before opening it or replying.
What happens to a pending invitation?
It shows under Pending with an expiry date. From the ⋯ menu on its row you can Resend invitation or Revoke invitation.
Give them access, not the phone.
Already on FanEmpire? Sign in with your work email and open Settings → Team.
