Reports and chargebacks for the agency owner

The reports sit under the CRM button on the left rail: sales for any period, each chatter’s credited sales, each model’s sales, every payment, and the chargebacks. Chargebacks are grouped by the month the fan paid and measured against Dropp’s line, which the CRM draws at 0.3%. When a fan keeps reversing payments, you ban them on every model, and your team sees Do not engage on that fan’s chat.

  • One chatterClick the arrow on a row: Links sent / paid, Link conversion, On-shift time and Top chats in selected range.
  • PaymentsSalesEach payment with its Time, Model, Credited to, the amount, Fee and Payment id. A payment the bank took back isn’t in this list. You’ll find it on Chargebacks.

Chargebacks by month

0:33

Each payment month against Dropp’s 0.3% line, and which chatter and model the chargebacks came from.

  • OpenSettingsChargebacksChargebacks is under Reporting. The headline tells you where you stand, for example “You’re fine with Dropp.”
  • ChartTaken back by the banks, by month shows six payment months. Each bar is the percent of that month’s sales the banks took back, and the dashed line is Dropp’s 0.3%. A bar is green under 0.2%, amber from 0.2% and red at 0.3% or more. ⏳ means Dropp can still add chargebacks to that month.
  • Who and whereThe page opens on the latest month with a chargeback, and clicking another bar switches to that month. The month card shows how much was taken back of how much was paid, then By chatter and By model.

  • DoneDoneThe fan leaves the open list. Show handled brings handled fans back into view, and Reopen undoes it.
  • Your teamIn each model’s chat list, that fan’s private chat now carries a red Do not engage chip, for everyone who can open that account.

Access

Who can do this

Reports follow the role each person has in your agency.

Owner and Admin

See every report on this page, including Chargebacks.

Chatters on the Member role

Don’t see these reports. A chatter who has chargebacks sees My chargebacks on their own Performance page.

Custom roles

You can grant report access in a custom role. Chargebacks needs the permission to manage payment sources.

Banning a fan

Only an Owner or Admin can ban, even if a custom role can open Chargebacks.

Tips

Good to know

  • Chargebacks count in the month the fan paid, not the month the bank reversed it, because the line is a percent of that month’s sales. Months are in UTC.
  • Read a red bar with ⏳ as a warning. That month can still grow for 60 days after it ends.
  • Chargebacks no longer count toward sales or chatter credit, so Performance shows what each chatter kept.
  • On the model that took the payment, the fan’s chat also shows a Chargeback chip, or Chargeback ×2, even before you ban them.
  • Chat lists pick up a new ban within a minute, so a chatter who already has the list open sees the chip without reloading.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Why does a month have an hourglass?

Dropp can still add chargebacks to a payment month for 60 days after it ends. Until then the bar can grow, so the CRM draws it faint with a dashed outline and puts ⏳ next to the month.

What does “Ban on all models” do?

It marks the fan as banned in your agency and blocks them on Telegram on each active model account. The result line shows where the fan was blocked, where the model had no chat with them and where the block failed. “Retry block” tries the failed ones again, and “Unban on all models” reverses the ban. Only an Owner or Admin can ban.

Do chargebacks change my chatters’ numbers?

Yes. A payment the bank took back no longer counts toward sales or chatter credit, so it drops out of Overview, Performance and Sales. You’ll find it on the Chargebacks page.

Where do the chargebacks come from?

From your Dropp payment source. Once Dropp is connected in Settings → Payment sources, payments the bank took back show up on the Chargebacks page on their own.
