This is the whole shift on one page. Your manager invites you, and you sign in at crm.fanempire.app (see Invite your team, roles and access). After that you only need the models and folders your agency already set up for you.
Step by step
Your shift, start to finish
On a computer, at crm.fanempire.app. Five parts that follow the chapters of the film above. Each one jumps to its moment in the video.
Pick the model you work and press Start shift. Your time, messages, links and credited sales count from there.
Pick a modelLeft railSwitch modelClick the model’s picture on the left rail, then pick the model you work today. You only see the models your agency gave you.
StartShiftStart shiftThe status changes to On shift, and your time, DMs, Links and the sales credited to you start counting.
Forgot?Your first message, payment link or PPV starts the shift for you, and the panel says Shift started automatically.
Folder chips, the Waiting and Paid folders, and the filter that hides other chatters’ chats and sorts by Highest amount.
FoldersAbove the chat list: All, the model’s Telegram folders, Waiting and Archived. Waiting holds every fan whose last payment link isn’t paid yet. Paid, if your agency set it up, holds fans who already bought.
FilterFilter chatsHide others' chats · Assigned to meHide others' chats shows free chats and yours. Assigned to me shows only your chats. Sort by Highest amount to see only chats with credited sales, highest amount first.
Make it yoursRight-click a chatAssign to meThe chat now shows under Assigned to me. On your own chat the same menu offers Unassign. If the assignment doesn’t go through, you see a notice.
Open a chat, read the Client profile, leave a note, reply and send a saved text.
Read the fanClick the fan’s nameClient profileIt shows tags, Notes, Pinned facts, Payments and buyer rank. Notes and tags save on their own. To pin a fact, type it and press Add fact. Click the name again to close the panel.
ReplyWrite a message…Type and press Enter.
Saved textsSaved textsSearch saved textsPick a line and it goes into your message, so you can edit it before you send. Saved texts are shared with your team, and you can add one with New saved message.
Send Vault media as PPV, drop a payment link with Sell, follow it in Waiting and see the Paid notice.
VaultVaultSend free · Price · PPVPick media and press Send free, or set a Price and press PPV. Dropp sends the fan a blurred preview, and the original follows after payment. The Vault has to be set up for the model, and PPV needs Dropp connected.
SellSellAny amount · Fixed amount · CustomGenerateAny amount lets the fan pick how much. For Custom, type the amount and press Generate. The link goes into your message, and you send it from there. If your agency gives you your own Dropp link instead, Sell puts that link in the message.
Waiting and PaidAfter you send a link, the chat gets an hourglass (“Payment link sent. Waiting for payment”) and moves into Waiting. When the fan pays, you get a Paid notice and the hourglass goes away. A sale on a link you generated is credited to you.

Before you start
Who can do this
Chatters with the Member role, the default role for chatters. Owner and Admin seats don’t get Start shift.
You see only the models your agency gave you a seat on.
Your manager sets up the Vault for each model, the Dropp payment links and the Paid folder.
AI reply suggestions are off by default. You see them only if your agency switched them on for you.
Tips
Small habits that help
Before your shift ends, open Waiting and follow up with every fan on the list.
If you go quiet for a while, the app dims and asks Still on shift? Click I'm here, Start break instead if you are stepping away, or End shift. Any key or tap also brings you back. Idle time is recorded separately from break time.
Leave a note or a pinned fact on the fan’s profile, so the next chatter on this model knows the fan too.
If a fan should not get a follow-up, right-click the chat and choose Stop waiting.
Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2 and so on jump between open panes, in the browser too.
FAQ
Questions new chatters ask
Do I have to press Start shift?
It’s best to. If you don’t, your first message, payment link or PPV starts the shift for you, and the Shift panel says “Shift started automatically”. Breaks are always manual.
How do I know a fan paid?
You get a Paid notice with the amount, the hourglass leaves the chat, and the payment shows under Payments in the fan’s Client profile. A sale on a link you generated is credited to you, the chatter who sent it.
Why does Sell say “No payment link yet”?
Payment links aren’t set up for you on this model yet. Ask your manager to connect Dropp in Settings → Payment sources or to add your own Dropp link.
Why don’t I see AI reply suggestions?
Suggestions are off by default. They show up only when they are switched on for your agency and your manager assigns them to you. Even then they only fill the message box, and you choose what to send.
