Waiting shows every fan who hasn’t paid your last link

After a chatter sends a payment link, the next thing to know is whether the fan paid. Waiting is a built-in folder in your chat list that holds every fan whose last sent payment link is still unpaid, and buyer power, tags and the spend sort tell you which of those fans to chase first.

Before you start Payment links have to be set up first (see Payment links).

How it works

From sent link to paid, in four parts

Four parts, following the film’s chapters. Each one jumps to its moment in the film. Labels match the CRM.

Did he pay?

0:00

A payment link goes out and an hourglass appears next to the fan’s name.

  • Send$ SellAny amount · Fixed amountOn a phone, it’s the $ circle. Fixed amounts are $10, $20, $50, $100 or Custom.
  • CountsOnly a link you’ve actually sent counts, not one left in a draft.
  • SpotA small hourglass before the fan’s name means Payment link sent. Waiting for payment.

The Waiting folder

0:06

One built-in folder lists every fan whose last sent link is unpaid, with the same hourglass in every folder and in the chat header.

  • OpenFolder tabsWaitingOr the folder rail if you use the vertical layout. Its tab has an hourglass and a count. Waiting is built in for everyone on every model account.
  • EverywhereYou’ll see the hourglass in Waiting, in All chats and in your other folders.
  • CheckHeader hourglassWaiting for paymentThe details read The last sent payment link is unpaid. If the fan has paid in this chat before, you’ll also see what they’ve paid here.

Paid or Stop waiting

0:21

When the fan pays, the hourglass goes and the chat leaves Waiting; a fan who said no is cleared with Stop waiting.

  • PaidOnce the payment comes through, the hourglass goes away, the fan leaves Waiting and the paid total in the chat header goes up.
  • Said noRight-click the chat or the header hourglassStop waitingOn a phone, tap the header hourglass, then Stop waiting.

Chase the best buyers

Buyer power bars, the VIP tag and the Highest amount sort put the best buyers who still owe on top.

  • Buyer powerThe bars in the money chip on a fan’s avatar show their buyer power in your agency: Weak buyer, Medium buyer, Strong buyer or Top buyer. Hover to see it in words. A moon means Sleeping: paid before, nothing in 90 days.
  • TagClient profileTagsVIPTags such as VIP sit in the Tags section of the Client profile.

Roles

Who can do this

There’s no feature flag to switch on. Waiting follows the access each person already has.

Anyone on the model’s account

Every seat that can open the model’s Telegram account gets Waiting, the hourglass, Stop waiting, buyer power and Filter chats.

Only the chats you can open

Each person’s Waiting list and count cover only the chats they’re allowed to open, on the models they work.

Managers build folders

Save as smart folder and the folder editor in Settings → Folders need the permission to manage smart folders.

Admins set up payment links

Dropp is set up by someone with Manage payment sources and reconciliation. Until then, $ Sell is disabled and the paperclip menu shows No payment link yet.

Tips

Good to know

  • A newer link replaces the older one. Waiting always follows the last link you sent to that fan.
  • Highest amount only lists chats with credited sales. A new fan who hasn’t paid yet drops out of that sort, so switch back to Order to see everyone.
  • Picking several tags shows fans with any of them.
  • Filter chats isn’t offered inside Waiting or other smart folders, so use it from All chats.
  • Managers can keep a filter as their own folder with Save as smart folder, or build one in Settings → Folders with Waiting on the last payment link and a sent in the last … days window.
  • Buyer power ranks what fans paid in the last 90 days, so a new workspace may show few or no bars at first.
  • If a payment plays a sound or animation you don’t want, turn it off for this device in Settings → General → Payment celebrations.

FAQ

Questions about Waiting

Does a fan stay in Waiting forever?

They stay until the last link you sent them is paid, or until someone presses Stop waiting. Sending a new link replaces the old one.

Do my chatters see every waiting fan in the agency?

No. Each person sees the waiting fans in the chats they can open, on the models they work.

Can a chatter see what a fan spent with another model?

No. Outside the fan’s own chat, buyer power shows only bars and words, never amounts.

Why is Waiting empty?

Either every fan has paid their last link, or payment links aren’t set up yet. Until Dropp is set up, the $ Sell button is disabled and the paperclip menu shows No payment link yet. Someone with the Manage payment sources and reconciliation permission sets it up.

Know who still has to pay. Chase the right fan first.
