Telegram CRM for agencies

Telegram CRM for creator agencies

Ask any Telegram CRM who holds the model’s account. In FanEmpire, an owner connects each model once, and chatters never get the phone, code or password. Each chat shows what the fan has paid.

How it connects

Three ways a CRM connects to Telegram

A user session signs in as the model. A Business bot is linked in Telegram Business. A plain bot is its own account.

Checklist

What to ask any vendor

Under each question is FanEmpire’s answer today.

Who holds the model’s login?

An owner or admin connects each model once. Chatters never get the phone, code or password, and removing someone ends their access.

Who gets credit for a sale?

The chatter who sent the Dropp link. Fans pay by card, with no Telegram Stars and no app-store cut.

Which fans haven’t paid?

Unpaid links wait with an hourglass, and each chat shows what the fan has paid.

Will one folder hold every payer?

Telegram caps a hand-made folder at 100 chats, or 200 with Premium.[32] Our Paid folder isn’t held to that.

Shifts and chargebacks?

There’s a live shift board, an alert when a fan waits and chargebacks by month.

Trade-offs

Where other tools are stronger

The official Business API

Substy and Telestars use a Business bot.[24][27] FanEmpire sends as the model, so anti-spam limits apply.

Stars and paid channels

Substy and Telestars sell for Stars, and InviteMember and Metricgram sell channel access.[7][28][33][34]

AI that chats on its own

Substy and Telestars offer AI chatting.[25][35] FanEmpire’s AI never messages fans.

APIs and outreach

OnlyMonster, Entergram and Telestars offer an API, and CRMChat adds outreach.[19][36][37][12]

Proxies and device sessions

Entergram and TeleBoost give each account its own IP or proxy. Dise keeps sessions on each user’s device.[1][21][2]

More platforms

OnlyMonster supports about 10 platforms, and Substy adds OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM.[17][23]

OnlyMonster runs Telegram in its desktop browser.[18]

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Who holds the model’s login in a Telegram CRM?

It depends on the tool. In FanEmpire, an owner or admin connects each model once, and the session stays on our servers. Entergram has each teammate connect the account from their own workspace. Dise keeps it on each user’s device.

Can Mass DM get a model’s Telegram account limited?

It can. When a tool sends from the model’s own account, Telegram’s anti-spam limits apply. FanEmpire stops at 80 fans per send and 150 per account a day. We don’t promise an account will never be limited.

Does FanEmpire work with OnlyFans?

FanEmpire is built for Telegram. Its OnlyFans tab is off by default, and we switch it on per agency. If most of your fans buy on OnlyFans, a tool built for OnlyFans covers more.

Selling on Telegram? Give chatters the chats, not the phone.

Start with one model. Keep your phones until you’re sure.
