FanEmpire shows you who on your team is working right now and lets you plan who works next week. When a fan writes and nobody replies, the people who turned on alerts get a message in their own Telegram. This guide covers the Shift button, the Shift board, the week plan, shift requests and fan-waiting alerts. Before you start, invite your team and connect at least one Telegram model.
Step by step
From the first shift to the first ping
Four parts, the same as the chapters of the film. Each one jumps to its moment in the video. Going on shift is for chatters, the Shift board and the week plan are for owners and admins, and alerts are for anyone who wants them.
A chatter starts a shift with one tap, takes a break and comes back to it.
StartShiftStart shiftWhen a chatter is off shift, FanEmpire shows a Start making money card with a Start shift button before they can work in the inbox. Time, DMs and links count from the moment the shift starts.
AutomaticIf a shift starts from the chatter’s first message, payment link or PPV, the Shift panel marks it Shift started automatically.
BreakBreakBack to shiftEnd shiftBreak counts down the break time left. Each shift has 30 minutes of break. Past that, the chatter shows as Over break. End shift sets them Off.
Managers see the whole floor, who needs attention and who writes from each model.
OpenShiftShift managerNowAs an owner or admin. Shows how many people are On shift, On break, Over break and Off, with the faces of everyone on the floor.

Who can do this
Roles and access
Shifts and alerts are not behind a feature switch. What each person sees depends on their role.
Owners and admins
Open the Shift board and the plan, change anyone’s status and answer shift requests. Any custom role with shift board access can do the same. Changing the Quiet after time needs permission to edit workspace settings.
Chatters
Start, pause and end their own shift, see their own week under My week and send Requests. They don’t see the team plan.
Fan-waiting alerts are personal: everyone who has the Shift button connects their own Telegram, owners and admins included.
Tips
Good to know
Owners and admins are not tracked as chatters: they don’t get a Start shift button, and their sends never start a shift.
The ping names the model and the fan and has an Open chat button. It never includes the fan’s message text.
You get one ping per chat until someone replies.
Once you connect the bot, pings normally come while you’re off shift or on break, and on shift only after a few minutes with no activity.
Alerts cover fan chats on your Telegram model accounts.
If your seat is limited to certain chats, following a whole folder may not be available to you. Picking chats one by one still works.
Use the ⚙ on the Shift board to set Quiet after: how long without activity counts as Quiet. Twice that ends a shift nobody came back to.
Times show on your own clock. A slot that starts on the next calendar day, like Night, is marked “+1 day”.
FAQ
Questions managers ask
Do chatters have to remember to press Start shift?
When a chatter is off shift, FanEmpire asks them to start one before they work in the inbox. If a shift starts from their first send, it’s marked “Shift started automatically”. Breaks are always manual.
Who can see the Shift board and edit the plan?
Owners, admins and any custom role with shift board access. Chatters see their own status, their own week and their requests, not the team plan.
Will I get pinged for every chat on every model?
No. Alerts are opt-in. A model sends nothing until you pick chats, follow a folder or tag, or switch it to All chats. You only get chats you’re allowed to see.
What does the alert show?
How long the fan has waited, the model, the fan’s name and an Open chat button. It never shows what the fan wrote.
