Their strengths

Where CRMChat is stronger

On pricing, PPV sales, accounts and outreach, CRMChat offers more today.

Public prices and a free plan

CRMChat lists its prices, and its Starter plan is free for one Telegram account and 50 CRM leads.[6] FanEmpire doesn’t publish prices.

A PPV bot with crypto payouts

Its bot sells PPV content in Telegram DMs, and creators withdraw earnings to a crypto wallet.[2][3] FanEmpire has no PPV bot. Chatters send Dropp links, and fans pay by card.

Accounts and proxies

You can buy accounts in CRMChat or bring your own, and each account gets its own proxy.[3] FanEmpire connects the model’s own account.

Outreach and lead research

CRMChat finds leads by parsing Telegram groups, runs outreach sequences with account warm-up and assigns new leads round-robin.[1][6] FanEmpire doesn’t search for leads or run cold outreach.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Do chatters get the model’s login?

Not in FanEmpire. An owner or admin connects each model once, and chatters never see the phone, code or password. CRMChat’s blog says its chatter role gets no credentials either. On 28 October 2026, its pages didn’t say how the account sign-in works.

How is a sale credited to a chatter?

In FanEmpire, a chatter sends a Dropp link from the chat. When the fan pays by card, the sale is credited to that chatter. CRMChat sells PPV through its own bot, and we found no per-chatter credit on its pages on 28 October 2026.

Does AI message fans?

Not in FanEmpire. Copilot is off by default, and when it’s on it suggests which chats to work next. On 28 October 2026, CRMChat’s pages described AI agents that answer incoming messages on connected accounts.

Can a model’s account get limited?

It can. Mass DM goes out from the model’s own account, so Telegram’s anti-spam limits apply. FanEmpire caps it at 80 fans per send and 150 per account a day. We don’t promise that an account will never be limited.

Selling on Telegram? Give chatters the chats, not the phone.

Start with one model. Keep your phones until you’re sure.

Web, macOS and Windows. iOS and Android in early access.
